    Ben Armstrong is Managing Partner at Archangel Ventures. He has 15 years in venture capital across Australia and the US with multiple exits and was named Investor of the Year at the 2025 Governor of Victoria Startup Awards. He focuses on AI native health technology and enterprise software.

  • Rayn Ong

    Partner

    Rayn Ong is a Partner at Archangel Ventures and an angel investor with more than 100 early-stage investments, several of which have grown into some of Australia's best known technology companies. A former software engineer and Startmate mentor, he writes about early-stage investing on LinkedIn.

  • Andrew Cicutto

    Partner

    Andrew Cicutto is a Partner at Archangel Ventures and has spent six years investing at pre-seed. He's been a founder, an operator and a tech and consumer investment banker (fully reformed), so he's usually the one asking the awkward diligence question early. A generalist by conviction, he backs high-velocity founders building companies of consequence.

    Thea Ngo is an Investment Manager at Archangel Ventures. She came to venture from working with early-stage startups in the US and Southeast Asia and from strategy consulting at PwC Strategy& in New York, and is the creator and host of Founders In Motion.

    Head of Investor Relations and Operations

    Grace Liang is Head of Investor Relations and Operations at Archangel Ventures. A chartered accountant and GAICD, she spent five years in professional trusteeship at Evolution Trustees and has served on boards including the Haileybury Council, AMES Australia and the Australian Dental Health Foundation.
